BERG products are of excellent quality. That is why we offer an extended warranty period. Don't forget to register your product online within 1 month of purchase, in order to get a 3, 5, 8 or 13-year warranty on your purchase. The warranty level differs per product.

Product registration only applies to go-kart, trampoline, Playbase and sportsgoal frames. Nets and other accessories are not covered by an extended warranty period.
Did you buy something from us, but your product isn’t working properly? That’s unfortunate; we’re here to help you. If your product isn’t functioning properly upon receiving it, please keep all packaging materials and contact our service team within two weeks so we can assist you as quickly as possible. When you reach out, include the purchase date, product type, and serial number. Did you purchase the product from one of our dealers? In that case, please contact the point of sale.
If you order a product with us, you will receive a quality product. Is something wrong with the product after all? We're sorry for the inconvenience. We'll gladly help you! Please contact us and we'll find a solution as quickly as possible.
