Through our webshop, you can easily place an order. Here’s how to place an order in just 6 steps:
- Search for and select the desired product.
- Add the product to your shopping cart.
- Review the summary of your cart and decide whether to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
- Go to the checkout, enter your address details, accept the terms and conditions, and review an overview of your order.
- Choose your payment method and confirm your order.
- You will receive a confirmation, and we will ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible.
All prices on our website include VAT.
Did you change your mind and do you wish to change or cancel your order? No problem! Please fill out the contact form. Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. We will assist you further.
First, check whether the amount has been deducted. Has the amount not been deducted? Then you can place your order again. We will not process orders without successful payment, so you won't have to worry about receiving a double shipment. Has the amount been deducted, but still haven't received an order confirmation? Please follow these steps:
- Check your spam folder first, occasionally an order confirmation may end up there.
- Our payment platform gets really busy which may delay payment. It's been an hour and you still haven't received an order confirmation? Please contact our customer service and we will send you an order confirmation!
This can be checked on the product page, next to the product price. That's where we place the product's most current stock status. Do you wish to test a specific product with one of our dealers? Please contact a dealer in your area.
Products may temporarily be out of stock. In that case, we offer the option to pre-order the product. As soon as the product is in stock, we will prioritize pre-orders. Hence, this is the fastest way to have an out-of-stock product delivered to you!
Usually you will see the estimated delivery time next to the product. There are a few factors that may influence this delivery time. For example, there may be holdups at the factory or delays in transportation to our warehouse. That's why delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will always do our best to process pre-orders as fast as possible. You will receive an email immediately after your order has been processed with the shipping information and delivery date.
When clicking the order button you are adding the product to your shopping cart. The estimated delivery date is shown above the order button. As soon as your product is in stock, all orders will be processed based on the order date. Pre-orders must be paid in advance. Do you wish to purchase items that are in stock? Please order them separately.
Of course you can! It only takes a few easy steps to change the delivery address. This is great when you're away from home or when you want to surprise someone! Do you wish the change the delivery address? Please follow these steps:
Step 1: The shopping cart
Place the item(s) you wish to have delivered at a different address in your shopping cart.
Step 2: Change the delivery address
When completing your order, click "delivery", then click "change". Change the delivery address and click "save". Success!
We are committed to ensure that you can securely and safely shop online with BERG. How can you be certain? Our web address starts with https:// and not http://. The "s" stands for "secure", which is synonymous to safe. Moreover, you'll see a lock in the address bar. When shopping on our website, the URL contains in any case https:// and bergtoys.com. If that isn't the case, something is wrong. Please contact us immediately and we will help you take care of this.
We are very careful with your personal information, always! All pages, including the pages you browse or where you enter personal information, are very secure. The lock in the address bar and the URL starting with https:// are proof of that. We are continuously testing our protection to ensure optimum security, now and in the future. Our webshop is not suitable for orders requiring a VAT invoice with company details. For a business order, please contact one of our BERG dealers in your area. You can find their contact details by searching by town name in our Store Finder.
