BERG products are of excellent quality. That is why we offer an extended warranty period. Don't forget to register your product online within 1 month of purchase, in order to get a 3, 5, 8 or 13-year warranty on your purchase. The warranty level differs per product.

Product registration only applies to go-kart, trampoline, Playbase and sportsgoal frames. Nets and other accessories are not covered by an extended warranty period.
Is your product not working properly? We're sorry for the inconvenience. We'll gladly help you. If your product isn't working properly on arrival, please keep all packaging materials and contact our customer service team within two weeks, so that we can further assist you as soon as possible. Please state the purchase date, the type of product and the serial number when contacting us. You'll receive a new item as soon as possible.
If you order a product with us, you will receive a quality product. Is something wrong with the product after all? We're sorry for the inconvenience. We'll gladly help you! Please contact us and we'll find a solution as quickly as possible.
