From the moment you place your order, it takes approximately 12 working days for delivery. Deliveries to Scotland, Devon, and Cornwall take up to 19 days. Expedited delivery may be available for certain postcodes; please contact Wicken Toys for more information.

We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email. This email will include a package code that lets you track your order.

We offer free delivery to the majority of UK mainland postcodes for orders over £80. Postcodes that are not covered by our free delivery, for orders over £80, are shown in the list below. The majority of orders under £80 will incur a £4.95 delivery charge. If delivery to your area is not covered by the free or £4.95 charge it will be shown below and on the checkout page once you have entered your postcode.

Wicken Toys delivers large items with their own team. Standard delivery is within 12 working days, but they strive to deliver sooner if possible.

We are committed to have your gokart, trampoline or other BERG item delivered to your home within 12 working days. However, due to circumstances with the shipping company for example, it could take somewhat longer. Do you feel it is taking longer than initially estimated? Please contact our service team and we will assist you!

Unfortunately, the shipping company's schedule may run into delays and your order may be delivered at a later time. If we know the shipment won't be delivered, we will notify you by email and/or sms as soon as possible.

Partial delivery of your order at different times may occur. This happens when you order a large and small item simultaneously, for example. Or occasionally errors or glitches occur. In that case, we will do our best to notify you by email and/or sms.
