Safer jumping with a BERG trampoline with net
When buying a trampoline, you want it to be sufficiently safe so that it can be enjoyed freely. This is why it is important to choose a trampoline which is of high quality and developed with safety in mind; this is the case with all BERG trampolines. A trampoline net also contributes to safety when jumping on the trampoline. Alongside the standard quality marks for our toy trampolines, the following BERG features ensure the safest trampoline experience:
- A good, thick, wide spring cover made of a durable material
- A jumping mat with overlap over the springs
- A high and high-quality Safety Net
- A trampoline net sufficiently spaced from the pole
- A trampoline net with a self-closing entrance (trampoline enclosure)
- A trampoline net with attachments at the top that give way when released, thus braking and absorbing a hard fall instead of abruptly stopping it, which increases the risk of injury
Should I choose a trampoline with or without safety net?
A trampoline with a net is always the safest option. However, with our sports line, we also offer a safe way of trampolining without a net. These trampolines are dug into the ground and are at ground level. As long as you can control your jumps, this will in fact provide an adequate level of safety. Because the trampoline is close to the ground, the fall height is limited and as such, safe enough. Do read the manual carefully for tips and warnings. We do not recommend a trampoline without a net for children under 14.
For even more safety and peace of mind, BERG has a corresponding trampoline net for almost all trampolines. The safety net which fits your trampoline perfectly depends on the quality line (Favorit, Champion, Elite or Pro Bouncer) and size. We currently offer three different safety nets.
